Who We Are
Lyons Fresh is a fresh-cut fruit program built for grocery retail, led by a small, highly experienced team.
While our team is intentionally lean, we bring more than 65 years of combined experience in grocery operations, food preparation, and fresh-cut programs. Two members of our leadership team were directly involved in establishing and scaling early fresh-cut fruit operations in U.S. grocery markets, helping shape how the category operates today.
We operate inside stores with a clear focus on food safety, consistency, and daily execution. Every program is designed to meet real-world retail conditions, protect the retailer’s brand, and deliver dependable quality to customers.
As part of the ElleLyons family of brands, Lyons Fresh combines deep operational knowledge with a people-first approach, supporting both retail partners and the operators who run our programs.
